What exactly is an Evergreen Film?
A personalised, artistically edited video created from your own photos and videos, set to a song of your choice, and delivered on your own private Web Page / App you can watch, share, and save anytime.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days, beginning once we've received both your payment and all your photos/videos — whichever happens later. Faster options are available if you need it sooner.
What photos and videos should I send?
As many as you're comfortable sharing — the more we have, the more we can work with. Not every photo or video sent will make it into the final film, as it's carefully crafted rather than a straight compilation. If you'd prefer everything included exactly as sent, our Slideshow product would suit you better. If you're unsure what to include, our onboarding form asks a couple of simple questions to help guide you.
How do I actually send them?
We'll share a private upload folder with you by email. You just need a free Google account to use it — no app download required, everything works through your browser.
Can I choose any song I want?
Yes — any song you'd like. Do note that Evergreen Films are intended for personal, private viewing rather than public platforms, partly because commercial music can be muted or flagged if uploaded directly to social media.
Can I share my Evergreen Film on social media?
You're welcome to share your private page link with anyone. Evergreen Films are edited in standard widescreen format for the best viewing experience, rather than the vertical formats platforms like TikTok or Instagram Reels use, so we'd gently recommend keeping it for personal sharing rather than public posting.
What if I'm not happy with something?
The number of included revisions depends on your package — 1 round for Video Only, 2 for Full Experience, or 3 for Premium. If anything is factually incorrect (a name, a date, something specifically requested that's missing), we fix that at no cost regardless, and it doesn't count against your included rounds.
Can I ask for a completely different style or a full compilation instead?
If you'd prefer a straightforward compilation of everything you send rather than a curated, edited story, that's what our Slideshow product is for — just let us know at the outset and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do I need to install anything to watch it?
No. It plays straight from the link on any phone, tablet, or computer. You can also save it to your phone's home screen so it opens like its own app.
Will my Evergreen Film really last forever?
The film itself is yours to keep permanently once delivered. The delivery page relies on external hosting services, so while we aim for it to remain available indefinitely, we'd always recommend keeping your own saved copy too — see our Terms & Conditions for full detail.
What happens to my photos and videos afterward?
We keep them for up to 30 days after delivery in case any revisions are needed, then permanently delete them. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
When do I pay?
Full payment is required before work begins.
